No. All deposits are non-refundable. Please do not send a deposit if you are not committed to the purchase. We remove the puppy from our marketing websites when you place a deposit to ensure that you always receive the puppy we are advertising.

Absolutely. Each puppy is microchipped and you will have that microchip number to confirm the identity of your puppy.

Yes! We have been breeding dogs for over 20 years and care deeply about each puppy.

Are you licensed?

Yes, We are licensed by the USDA and the Ohio Department of Agriculture. We are inspected and have to adhere to strict guidelines and regulations.

Can I visit your facility?

Yes, we strongly encourage it and it will save you money on transportation.
